The latest component date codes known at present are of November 1962. Such date codes it should be said are not the "date" of the amp: they simply record the point or points at which the various electronic components - supplied to Burndept by specialist manufacturers around the country - were made, notably transformers, capacitors, potentiometers, and so on. Serial number 6328 is unlikely to have been ready for sale - following final assembly and testing - earlier than the first weeks of 1963.

Woden mains transformer with date code "LT" = manufactured at some point in November 1962.

Blue Hunts cathode bypass cap with date code "THH" = 42nd week of 1962 for its manufacture.

Hunts filter cap with date code "IDH" = 38th week of 1962 for its manufacture.

Probably the original speaker cable with Cannon XLR connector.

Pulsonic cone codes "63 792-003" and "65H1777", likely to mean early November '62 for their manufacture.
